How do my residents register?
Residents should register through the property’s Aptexx domain received during onboarding. This URL can also be found in your admin portal under Company > Properties.
Can we customize registration pages?
Yes! This can be done in Aptexx under Branding on the left. You can upload a logo and the change color scheme.
Where can I access support articles?
Once logged into Aptexx, you have access to Help Center on the left side.
How can my residents contact Aptexx?
We recommend residents submit their questions through the property manager.
How can I change my Aptexx notifications?
Once logged into Aptexx, you can click on your name in the top right corner to modify your subscriptions.
