Founder & CEO
As Founder and CEO of Aptexx, Bill is an experienced entrepreneur and sales leader with a passion for bringing new products and services to market, building high-performance sales teams, and mentoring talent. Bill has 25 years of software sales experience with 22+ years specializing in the property management industry. For the past 12 years, Bill has been focused on electronic payments & SaaS. Prior to founding Aptexx, Bill held senior level positions with Yardi, MRI (INTUIT), Yapstone, and AppFolio.
CoFounder & CTO
John is a Co-Founder, Principal, and Chief Technology Officer of Aptexx. Prior to founding Aptexx, he was the principal consultant for his consulting firm, Bonds Consulting, Inc., which primarily served public and private real estate firms. Since co-founding Aptexx in 2012, he has led a ground-up rebuild and consolidation of its software and infrastructure. John is actively involved in the development, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of the Company.
COO & CFO
Alla is the CFO and COO at Aptexx. Alla joined the Aptexx team in 2014 to lead the support and finance teams, building out the processes to create the Company’s best-in-class industry standards. She revamped the Company’s finance operations and took over the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to obtaining her MBA, Alla spent 5 years at IBM as a Developer and Project Manager. She joined Yapstone in 2009 as the Director of Development and established a structured Agile development methodology. Alla received an MBA from The Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley.
Alex was the founding legal counsel for Aptexx and has been responsible for all legal matters pertaining to Aptexx since its inception, as well as all legal matters pertaining to Lender Payments since its acquisition by the Company. For over 15 years, Alex has worked with various start-up companies as counsel, advisor, and founder. Alex was the General Counsel of Redwood Ventures, an early stage venture fund, and corporate counsel for Comstellar Technologies, a venture-funded deep technology company incubator.
Dan has driven Aptexx growth by forging revenue shares with strategic partners. In addition, Dan pioneered mobile loan repayments; which now represents ⅓ of Aptexx’s revenue. Prior to Aptexx, Dan co-founded eRentPayer which now processes over $20B annually via YapStone. Dan consults financial institutions on behalf of Aptexx’s partner ProPay, a TSYS Company. Dan graduated from BYU, where he played football and spent much of his time in the mountains.
Vice President of National Sales
Erin possesses an exceptional ability to help her customers confidently see the big picture, while leaving them with a competent grasp of even the most minute technical details. With over a decade of experience in Property Management and Real Estate; and, with her detailed, methodical approach to solution engineering, she brings tremendously valuable insight to the table. As Vice President of Sales at Aptexx, Erin is responsible not only for day-to-day sales operations; but, also the growth and development of each individual on the Aptexx sales team.
Erin previously spent 6 years at RentPath, actively developing their sales team and growing business with a hands-on approach. Establishing and piloting several training programs allowing sales to hit the ground running, quickly. In her day to day life it’s no secret Erin’s husband has an epic beard and their toddler is the one that truly runs their household.
